Founded in 1998, Upshaw Financial Associates is a boutique firm, providing expertise and various options specific to each client’s needs.

Located at 875 Old Roswell Road in Roswell, Georgia, Upshaw Lending serves clients throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. In addition to providing mortgages in the state of Georgia, Upshaw Lending can also assist in meeting our clients’ financing needs for second homes throughout the southeast.

• Carol Lynn Upshaw has been in the mortgage business since 1989 and is one of the top mortgage producers in the metro Atlanta area.Since 2001, GAMB has been recognizing its highest-producing companies and loan originators each year through the GAMB Top Guns Top Producers Program. All Top 20 Top Gun Companies and top 25 Top Gun Loan Officers receive recognition and a certificate of merit. Carol Lynn has been a Georgia Association of Mortgage Broker "Top Gun" since from 2003 - 2008. Carol Lynn is a graduate from the University of Georgia.
