Founded in 1998, Upshaw Financial Associates is a boutique firm, providing expertise and various options specific to each client’s needs.

Located at 875 Old Roswell Road in Roswell, Georgia, Upshaw Lending serves clients throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. In addition to providing mortgages in the state of Georgia, Upshaw Lending can also assist in meeting our clients’ financing needs for second homes throughout the southeast.

The principals of Upshaw Lending Professionals are:

• Carol Lynn Upshaw has been in the mortgage business since 1989 and is one of the top mortgage producers in the metro Atlanta area. In fact, the Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers ranked Carol Lynn #7 for individual brokers, and Upshaw Lending #9 for broker companies in Georgia for 2005 and #7 "Top Gun" Residential Mortgage Broker for 2004.  Carol Lynn currently serves as a Director of the Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

• Bonnie Key has been in the mortgage business since 1998. Bonnie manages the loan processing side of the business for Upshaw Lending. Her commitment to service and quality results in smooth, timely closings and ultimately to many happy clients.

Upshaw Lending and its principals are active in the community as members of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce and the Roswell Founder’s Club.
